A new menu design that matches the brand in both style and story. That was the assignment I received for the restyling of De Koffieschenkerij’s menu. It had to be playful, authentic and well-structured. To get to the best result, we worked in 3 phases. Phase 1 was the set-up of 3 totally different menus, with very varying styles (modern, classic, playful). From these 3 we picked 1 style and then further developed that one.
As you can see down here, we went for the most playful menu and made unique illustrations just for De Koffieschenkerij. All illustrations are hand-made and based upon the products as they can be found in De Koffieschenkerij. This to increase the likelihood of people recognizing the style icons both on social media as in real life. The hand-made illustrations are now also used on social media.
So in the 2nd phase the menu was further designed, and in the 3rd phase it was optimized. Tremento then also took care of the whole printing process.
