Weekend Roadmap OR World Mental Health Day
Two ideas for today.
Either talk about the importance of mental health and your personal experience with this. How do you take good care of your own mental health? What are things you’ve learned with regard to mental health that you’d want to share with others? Do you have tips for fellow restaurant owners, hoteliers or hosts? Let’s talk about it.
If you rather don’t want to do this, or if you want to do both, then my other prompt for today is a ‘weekend roadmap’. Make a list of things people can do today or this weekend to get the most out of it. You could list things people can do in your neighborhood, or make it a joke, like the example for Pizzeria Melisi underneath.
“Here’s your Saturday:
- Sleep in
- Sleep in a little longer
- Have yourself a brunch
- Either go for a walk to freshen up or climb back into bed to watch Netflix
- Wait until it’s time for dinner
- Take a cab, walk, run, teleport yourself to Pizzeria Melisi
- And enjoy your pizza
- Or two
- Don’t forget dessert
- And the wine in-between
