You will receive your logo in .eps, .png and .pdf.

You will get the logo in black, white and, if asked for, colored.

If you provide us with colors for your logo, we will include either 2 or 3 different variations. This way we assure your preferred combo is in there.

You will receive your logo within 48 hours on business days. The reason for this is potential name + color changes that we need to make.

Did you add an extra feedback round and ask for additional changes? Then you will receive your logo within a maximum of 5 business days.

All logos are completely unique and made by the Tremento team. We have full ownership over these logos and artworks as they are created by our own talented team of designers. When you buy a logo, we hand you over the full commercial rights to it. This means you can use the logo however and wherever you want: it will be 100% yours.

The only thing we do not allow is for the logo to be bought and then sold again as a visual asset, meaning: it can not be sold as a logo ‘template’ to others.

You can request small changes to the original artwork by adding the ‘request pack’ upon checkout. After you’ve checked out, you will receive an e-mail from us with a little form to send us your requests.

We will then work on your requests and send you back your final logo for revision. All good? Then we’ll export everything and send it over.

Yes, you can. Do consider that the structure of the logo’s artwork might have to change a little in case there’s not already space for a tagline.

We do not give any refunds on logos bought via the shop, due to the nature of them being digital products and, mostly, because you know what you’re going to get upfront.
